Noor Riyadh - Royal Commission for Riyadh City

Noor Riyadh is a new annual urban festival of light, art and innovation nurturing creativity, promoting talent and delivering awe-inspiring experiences across the city of Riyadh.

The Festival’s program will have a wide number of entry points - “something for everyone” - to appeal to its diverse target audiences which range from residents of all ages, tourists from within Saudi Arabia and the region, and art practitioners from all over the world.

Noor Riyadh is part of the ambitious new Riyadh Art project and is set to be a key event in the Kingdom’s cultural calendar: an original, globally-influential festival with artistic integrity and positive impact on the local community.
